CUSTOM HONDA 50

Here is another project from Bert Foster. This is a minibike that he uses as a pit bike. So this is what was done to the bike. The trailing arm has been lenghtened 6" and the front forks have been lenghtened 4". He made a new aluminum engine mount to lower the engine, as well as a aluminum top triple tree. The stock seat was lenghtened 7" and recovered. The exhaust shield was made of aluminum as well as the chain guard. The exhaust tip was made from stainless steel. The rear fender bracket was made out of steel and the front fender bracket and fork brace from billet aluminum. All indentations and holes in both front and rear fenders were filled. One other feature, is the aluminun soft drink holder that he made with a closed cell rubber cozy. And last the gas tank was made of aluminum. The color of the bike is candy apple red three stage paint. Now this is a job well done. Honda owners, here ais a great idea, wouldn't you say?
